Integr8tor is Ucamco’s automated client/server workflow system for the PCB industry. It automatically converts incoming customer data, calculates design characteristics and prepares the single PCB for CAM at industry-leading customers world-wide for almost a decade. That was then. This is now…

At a pilot site Integr8tor now does much more: far beyond dealing with just the image data, it now manages the complete PCB product definition and production data, including stack-up and material details, ERP material references, material characteristics, finishes, classes, and - most importantly - the production stages.  A range of dedicated clients such as the stack-up builder Ustack , the production stages editor and stack-up template library manager support the manufacturing aspect of PCB-making. They all work together to converge into Ucamco’s PPD (PCB Production Data), an XML interface with the complete product description and manufacturing information for input into ERP and PPS (Production Planning System).  The net result is an automated product definition and set-up on ERP, with all the benefits this entails: a more accurate and comprehensive product definition, no work or information duplicated or scattered between different departments, no information lost or mistaken and most of all no tedious, long-winded and error-prone manual job set-up in ERP.
